BIO
Steve joins Karen McKay Law as an Associate after having been Called to the Bar in June 2020. He completed the LPP program with a prominent full-service corporate firm where he focused his attention on commercial transactions including purchases and sales of businesses, share and asset purchase agreements, due-diligence and corporate reorganizations. 

He completed his BA at the University of Western Ontario and attained an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology degree along with graduating on the Dean's Honour Roll. While completing his LL.B. (Hons.) at the University of Birmingham in England, Steve also played hockey for the University team and was named captain in his final year. Further, he was also on the Pro Bono Legal Team and competed in Moot competitions during his time in law school. 

Steve is a world traveller and when he is not in the office he enjoys playing hockey any chance he gets, spending time at his cottage on the lake and loves surfing and everything music. He also is passionate about the Lawn Summer Nights lawn bowling charity that happens every year in the summertime to raise awareness and funds for Cystic Fibrosis research across Canada.
